The detergents kill mold, mildew and algae at the root, then everything rinses off. High pressure never touches a shingle roof or a wall of siding.
Concrete is a different job. Driveways, sidewalks, patios and pool decks take real pressure, and we run professional equipment for that work. Around here the stains are live oak tannin, chalky caliche dust and old oil. Driveway and concrete cleaning pulls that film out of the pores instead of smearing it around.
