How much does pressure washing cost in San Antonio?
Our services start at $299. The price depends on the surface, the size and how heavy the growth is. A driveway prices differently than a two story house wash. Estimates are free, so you have the number before any work starts.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing is available on larger projects, which lets you spread a bigger job out over time. Ask about it when we price the work.

What is the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Pressure washing uses force, and concrete can take it. Soft washing uses low pressure with cleaning solutions that kill mold, mildew and algae at the root. Siding, stucco and shingle roofs get soft washed, because high pressure damages them. Power washing is another name people use for the same work. Our roof cleaning is always the soft version.
What about my plants and pets?
We take precautions on every job. Plants and grass near the work get wet down first and rinsed again after. That dilutes anything that drifts off the wall. We ask that pets stay inside while we clean, and that windows stay closed. If you have something delicate in a bed, point it out and we will work around it.
How do I book, and what happens on the day?

Do you clean commercial properties?
Yes. Storefronts, sidewalks, entries, dumpster pads and parking lots all get cleaned. Businesses can put the work on a repeat schedule. Commercial pressure washing uses the same methods as our house work, and estimates are free either way.
Do I need to be home while you work?
No. We need water access and a clear path to the surfaces. If a gate is locked, leave it open for us or let us know the code. If you would rather be there at the end, tell us and we will set the time around you.
